GENERAL ASSEMBLY MEETING LOCATION: Our general assembly meetings are held at Newark High School on Peirson Ave. Enter through the main entrance and follow the signs. All members and landlords interested in becoming a member are welcome and encouraged to come.

MEMBERS ! This might be a good time to re-check any of your Rental Listing information to make sure all is correct and current. Also, please be aware that we soon will be able to include pictures and many more features to our online rental listings. It is not too soon to start collecting digital pictures for when we transition to the new website. Check out newdigs.com to see examples of what we soon will be able to do with our rental listings.

EVICTION DATABASE information. To grow our Eviction Database, please bring to a meeting or forward to PO Box 86 in Newark a copy of the warrant signed by the judge to evict tenants. Or you can FAX a copy 24 hours a day to 315-331-0834. The only way we can accept new names for the database is with copies of official warrants signed by the judge or by eviction lists published in the newspaper. Those that are published in the paper are only evictions that were performed by the Sheriff's office, which is only about 10 % of all evictions authorized by a warrant signed by a judge
